As children become more and more computer literate it is important as a school we teach our children to be safe on-line and our E-Safety Policy explains how we do this. Children undertake regular E-safety lessons throughout the year and their work is displayed on our E-Safety display in the entrance area of school.
However it is equally important that you as parents have the necessary information to enable you to be as good a parent on-line as in real life.

On Internet Safety Day 6th February, all year groups have been looking at the importance of keeping yourself safe on the internet. EYFS use resources from the UK Safer Internet Centre entitled 'Create, Connect, Share and Respect. Years 1/2 learn about keeping safe on an Ipad and tablet. Years 3/4explore ways to protect themselves online. Finally, Years 5/6 use the film 'Alright Charlie' to explore the theme of safe/unsafe adults.
